Sword-breaker and flamberge are also in Bob's Armory. The outfit is from the Witcher armor pack (can't remember it's name right now, but search for it on the Skyrim Nexus and you'll find it (along with shields, helms, plate armor, etc). The face mod is Oriental Beauty Mod.
